This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service for the access or usage.

‘Manpasand Spices’ is owned and operated by ‘MANPASAND AGRO FOOD PVT. LTD.’ (COMPANY), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at FLAT No. 4D, 4th Floor, Panchwati Complex, Bhawani Enclave, Opp. Haldiram VIP ROAD, Kaikhali, Kolkata-700052 (W.B).

The terms ‘visitor(s)’, ‘user(s)’, ‘you’ hereunder refer to the person visiting, accessing, browsing through, and/or using the Website at any point in time.

The Company requests the User to carefully read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Service” or “ToS” or “User Agreement”) prior to using or availing access to the Website. If you continue to browse and use this Website, you irrevocably and unconditionally are agreeing to comply with, abide by, and be bound by all the obligations as stipulated in this ‘ToS’, which together read with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, if any, referred to herein or made available on the Website, shall govern the Company’s relationship with you in relation to the Website.

The Agreement may be updated from time to time by the Company without any notice.
 It is therefore strongly recommended that you review the Agreement, as available on the Website, each time you access and/or use the Website.

These ‘ToS’ supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions, if any, communicated to you and shall act as a binding agreement between Company and the Users.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT USE OR ACCESS THE WEBSITE FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER

SERVICE:

Services on the Website are available only to select geographies in India.

Transactions through the Website may be subject to a delivery charge where the minimum order size is not met. You will be informed of such delivery charges at the stage of check-out for a transaction through the Website.

ELIGIBILITY:

Persons who are "incompPersons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Site.

However, if you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age, you may use the Site only under the

supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Company, in its sole discretion and without liability, reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to

permit use/access to the Website, if:

a. It is discovered or brought to notice that you do not conform to the eligibility criteria; or

b. The Company has reason to believe (including through evaluating usage patterns) that the eligibility criteria are not

met/are violated by a user; or

ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION:

  • All users must register and log in for placing orders on the Website.

  • As part of the registration process/for creating your account, you will need to accept our ToS and Privacy Policy, and also provide us with (but not limited to) your phone number (which will be used to verify via a one-time password [OTP]), name, and your email ID. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, secure, and not misleading.

On the creation of your account, you can modify your login credentials at any time. If for any reason, you suspect that your username and password have been disclosed to or obtained by another party, you should contact us immediately.

Please note that we never contact users requesting them to confirm their username, password, or any other details, except when the User is signing into the Website.

LICENSE & ACCESS:

The Company grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of the Website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express prior written consent of the Company.

Such limited sublicense does not include/permit:

  • Any resale or commercial use of the Website or its contents;

  • Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices;

  • Any derivative use of the Website or its contents;

  • Downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another third party;

  • Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or exploit the Website for commercial purposes without prior written consent;

  • Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary info (including images, text, layout) of the Website;

  • Use any meta tags or "hidden text" utilizing the Company's name or trademarks without prior consent;

Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Website or related networks, servers, systems, or services via hacking, "password mining," or any illegitimate means.

PRICING:

The Company aims to ensure all product prices are true and correct.

However, from time to time, prices may be inaccurate due to technical issues or typographical errors. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without any liability.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • A user may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed.
    For permitted cancellations, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method, which may take up to a month depending on your card issuer.

Orders may also be cancelled by the Company in cases such as:
